the typical approach of just establishing a feed and leaving it all up to the client to spot a house. He also has been helpful in his full-service approach, attending to a few post-sale details that we can't handle since we weren't in Tucson for the closing. He's a likable guy who seems to be valued by his colleagues. One more thing: we appreciated his candid evaluation of the properties we looked at and that he didn't swing into a selling mode. He seems to realize that it should be the client who decides on a house, and it's the realtor's job to provide advice and an objective sounding board. Personally, I don't want a realtor who is primarily a salesman -- at least not when I'm the client who is buying the house. The only suggestion I have is a little more attention to detail, since there were a couple name misspellings on sales documents during the process.
